You will have plenty of opportunities to develop your leadership skills during the second part of your studies, as you supervise incoming groups of students who are beginning their operational practice. As part of the Leadership & Supervision module, you will learn to listen to others, and also to learn to see yourself as others see you in order to become a leader who can motivate and convince other people. |
