Term I: on campus
| You will practice and develop your skills in each area, rotating for short shifts in kitchen, service, housekeeping and reception. You will also review the whole service chain to see how it can become more efficient. Hospitality is more than a warm welcome and friendly smile. Above all, your guests want efficient service in response to their needs, which can be provided only if all the underlying processes are working smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on optimizing service flow and adding value to keep your customers coming back |
