Centre of Hospitality Innovation and Trends
Lausanne Hospitality Research is in the process of launching a Centre of Hospitality Innovation and Trends which is designed to monitor and capture the latest trends in the hospitality industry. Its aim is to enable the industry to build on detailed knowledge of present developments in order to target the best areas for future innovation.
Action researchAction research is a participatory approach in which LHR works with an enterprise to solve a particular problem or simply to optimize and improve practice. It is an in-depth, collaborative process in which solutions are implemented over time through a gradual process of monitoring, feedback and adjustment. |
Solution specificationsSolution specifications can be provided for any particular problem that requires the analysis of several parameters (supply, operational processes, ressource allocation etc.) as well as an evaluation or customization of existing technical solutions.
