Lausanne Hospitality Research Consortium
The aim of the Lausanne Hospitality Research Consortium is to allow hospitality enterprises to pool their resources in order to engage in important research projects that they would be unable to undertake alone.
Most individual enterprises do not have the time or the resources to identify and invest in essential research projects. By becoming members of LHR's Hospitality Research Consortium, they are able to benefit from the interest and resources of the entire group.
Each member of the Consortium is involved in defining and choosing the applied research projects that will be of greatest benefit to their company. LHR then develops the projects on a scale that will ensure their quality and applicability, providing a body of research which is of interest all members. Subsequently, LHR works individually with each company on the specific aspects that interest it, customizing the results for each company.
Member companies benefit both from LHR’s expertise and from the recognition resulting from co-branding through the publication of results in research-related journals.
Industry participation in the Lausanne Hospitality Research Consortium is based on the principle of annual membership.
