EHL research department is the only university-level research centre in Switzerland for applied hospitality research.
Our research centre brings together scholars and industry professionals to work on projects which will be of direct benefit to the industry while contributing to excellence in hospitality education and teaching.
It, synthesizes and interprets existing knowledge, monitors trends, and creates new knowledge to encourage innovative practices. It organizes conferences and events which bring together researchers and the industry and help to disseminate knowledge.
