The Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne’s gastronomic restaurant is open to the public and is suitable
both for business meals and for fine-dining experiences.
Its name in English, “The Cradle of the Senses” symbolizes an initiation into fine cuisine and the arts de la table. The restaurant reflects EHL’s long tradition of excellence.
