EHL Master students in Global Hospitality Business in a group work session on EHL hospitality school campus

Master's program in global hospitality business: Capstone projects

  1. Conducted in partnership with existing companies, the academic capstone project requires students to tackle a wide range of tasks, which may involve solving problems, conducting studies, designing or launching new products, defining or implementing procedures, or even opening international offices.

Working in small teams coached by our experts, students in the master's program in global hospitality business act as consultants and work on their assigned projects throughout the program, including three months spent at the client company’s headquarters.

  2. Examples of capstone mandates include:

    • International product launches
    • Office openings in multinational locations
    • Global surveys of potential customers
    • Improvement of complex hospitality processes
  3. We select global leaders as our industry partners for capstone projects, so students in our international hotel management master's program can benefit from a world-class and highly marketable field experience.
