    In the school’s renowned gastronomic restaurant, Le Berceau des Sens, students join the kitchen brigade, directed by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and are exposed to the world of fine cuisine. Students will follow the pace of a dynamic kitchen, with a demanding external clientele who are well-versed in the world of gastronomy.
     
  • Bistronomy    
    Efficiency and quality are the keywords of this workshop where students prepare bistro meals in the school’s newest point of sale, the Bistro des Sens. Students will face the main challenges of this type of service, where time is critical for the client yet quality is a must.    
     
  • Fine Dining Restaurants & Bar Experience
    In the school’s renowned gastronomic restaurant Le Berceau des Sens Restaurant and Bar, and its bistro, Le Bistro des Sens, students join the various service teams, and work alongside experts with diverse experience in 3* Michelin establishments. Students will learn how to provide an excellent service to guests with diverse needs and high expectations.
