You’ll follow the pace of a dynamic kitchen, serving a demanding external clientele who are well-versed in the world of gastronomy.

    Efficiency and quality are the key tenets of this workshop, where you’ll prepare bistro meals in EHL’s newest eatery, the Bistro des Sens. You’ll face the two main challenges in providing this type of service, where time is critical for clients, yet quality is a must.
     
  • Fine-dining restaurants and bar experience
    In our renowned gastronomic restaurant, Le Berceau des Sens Restaurant and Bar, and its bistro, Le Bistro des Sens, you’ll join the various service teams and work alongside experts with diverse experience in three-star Michelin establishments. You’ll learn how to provide excellent service to guests with a variety of needs and high expectations.
