Payments must be made before the deadlines specified on invoices. However, prior to the payment deadline, you may submit a written request to the Finance Department to split your payment into installments.

If your request for a payment plan is made after the payment deadline specified on your invoice, we will add a fee of CHF 200 for administrative costs.

If you don't make your payments according agreed-upon installment plan, you won't be allowed to attend classes or examinations, you may be suspended, and you won't receive your degree.

If you haven't paid your invoice by the payment deadline or as agreed with the Finance Department, you will accrue late fees and interest fees. These fees are set by the Finance Department in accordance with the Management Board, which reserves the right to modify them at any time.
