Fundamentals of hospitality management

The goal: To teach you the basic skills that you will need in your future role as a hospitality manager.

In year 1 of the bachelor's program, courses focus on fundamental management concepts as applied to the hospitality sector, including accounting, economics, marketing, human resources, legal risk and operational management.

You will start working on group projects to develop your interpersonal and leadership skills.

You will take courses in academic writing and foreign languages to enhance your communication skills.

By the end of your first year in the hospitality management bachelor's program, you will have acquired a set of core decision-making skills that will enable you to effectively deal with day-to-day problems in a business management context.
