Immersion in the world of hospitality and an operations internship

The goal: To pass on our commitment to excellence, our savoir faire and our skills while providing the hands-on experience needed for a future career in management.

During the preparatory year of our bachelor's program in international hospitality management, you will work in a small team and pursue a wide range of courses, exposing you to a variety of operational tasks in both the hotel and catering contexts, so you can acquire an understanding of the managerial responsibilities involved. For example, you will work in reception, laundry, the bakery and the bar, and will gain practical experience in a collective catering environment and in organizing banquets. You will also work alongside the staff in our gastronomic restaurant — rated 14/20 in the Gault & Millau guide — where you will acquire an appreciation of culinary art and service excellence.

You will study a broad range of academic subjects, ranging from food science to oenology, all within a hospitality context, thereby expanding your knowledge of the hospitality industry.

The preparatory year culminates in a six-month operations internship.
