Dr Christine Demen Meier – Holder of the Saviva F&B Chair
Christine Demen Meier, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. She is also head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department and, since September 2010, holder of the Food and Beverage Industry Chair. Before joining EHL in 1999, Dr. Demen Meier managed and owned several businesses in the hospitality industry. She is currently chair of the Bon Rivage Hotel board of directors in Vaud, Switzerland.

Stéphanie Buri – Coordinator of the Saviva F&B Chair
Stéphanie Buri, MSc in entrepreneurship, is a scientific collaborator at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. A member of the Food and Beverage Industry Chair, she specializes in quantitative analysis and innovation in the F&B industry. Additionally, Mrs Buri is in charge of marketing research for the F&B Chair. Before joining the chair, she worked in Madagascar in purchasing and operational roles for restaurants.

Clémence Cornuz – Collaborator at the Saviva F&B Chair
Clémence Cornuz, MA in English literature is a scientific collaborator at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. A member of the Food and Beverage Industry Chair, she is in charge of academic communication and edits the chair’s publications. Ms. Cornuz also contributes significantly to literature research for each of the F&B Chair projects.
