- Emil Frey SA, Crissier | Develop customer experience scenarios to increase the satisfaction of customers at the Emil Frey BMW/Mini showroom.
- Municipality of d’Avenches | Develop an internal communication policy and a crisis communication handbook for the municipality of Avenches. Create promotional material to attract businesses to Avenches.
- IMD | Set up a system of signposting to help first-time visitors find their way around the IMD campus.
- CHUV | Propose practical, innovative solutions to improve customer service at the CHUV and thus enhance the institution's image and its customer satisfaction rating.
- Verbier sports center | Develop an innovative F&B service at the Verbier sports center, based on a combined concept of “well-being, health and sports”. The goal: to create a popular meeting place for people of all ages and interests.
- SERVAIR | Conduct a feasibility study for three new F&B concepts and define a plan of action for setting up a duty free shop.
- Kempinski Hotels SA | Develop a CRM strategy for Kempinski Hotels SA and a 2013 roadmap to achieve the company’s CRM mission of optimizing and streamlining the collection, storage, and use of customer data in order to increase revenue contribution to the portfolio.
- ACCOR – NOVOTEL | Develop a portfolio of at least 16 actions to enhance both childrens' and their parents' experiences at Novotel hotels, and to ensure a high level of comfort for business and leisure customers alike.
- Clinique de la Source | Investigate the reputation of the Clinique de la Source within the Morges-Yverdon-Montreux trading area.
- VINENTIA SA (start up) | Define a development strategy for Vinentia in German-speaking Switzerland.
- NESTLE | Propose methods of increasing the sales of Nestlé Waters Suisse in the HORECA market in Switzerland.
- SIEMENS AG | Design a balanced scorecard to set targets for environmentally-friendly energy use.
