Initiated by gastronomy enthusiasts and supported by local chefs and authentic food producers in Switzerland, the “Semaine du Goût” has evolved, since its creation 16 years ago, into a popular celebration of food. It represents an opportunity to promote the culinary arts, and bring together key actors within the sector to initiate a dialog as well as a series of events across the country.

An official partner of the event for many years, EHL is aligned with the “Semaine du Goût” philosophy, particularly in its aim to distill knowledge of food cultures and culinary innovation to younger generations. With the launch of its Master Class in Culinary Arts starting in February 2017, EHL answers F&B industry needs by offering a 6-month certificate program on the advanced aspects of culinary arts.
