To inspire culinary creativity before the holidays, EHL is offering a new series of gourmet workshops in its kitchens this year. The school's chefs welcome amateur and expert cooks, alone or in groups, with friends or colleagues, to share a passion for cooking in a friendly, gourmet environment.
Foie gras, New Year's eve hors-d'oeuvres, lobster or Christmas yule log: a variety of flavors to satisfy everyone's taste buds. Participants will have the opportunity to learn different techniques from an enthusiastic chef during three hours of immersion, with a tasting at the end. Take home one of your preparations, an EHL apron and surprising recipes.
