Professional and academic experience:

Tiphaine Jérôme holds a PhD in management science from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in management science from the Sorbonne Graduate Business School and HEC Paris. She is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) of Cachan. She also holds the French agrégation in economics and management where she has been ranked third at the national level.

She has been a visiting student at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has participated in the European Accounting Association doctoral colloquium and in the CEFAG program.

Her research covers CSR reporting, environmental accounting, GHG emissions, and corporate governance. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and her dissertation received the best PhD award from the French accounting association.

Before joining EHL, she taught in different institutions such as ENS Cachan, HEC Paris, and Paris-Sud University. She has several years of experience in French professional accounting education. She teaches courses on financial accounting, management, and management accounting.
