Fifteen years of experience teaching in the technical fields at several hotel schools such as the Hotel School Biarritz, Hotel School of the Loire Valley, and Hotel School Tahiti, teaching rooms division (front office, housekeeping, laundry), food and beverage management, and human resources courses at various levels of education (From the High school diploma to the bachelor).
Professional experience in the catering and accommodation industries: Parc Astérix Plailly, ACCOR Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group.
