Experience

A graduate of a university-level hospitality management program, Mylène Jacquier-Roux has been active for more than 10 years in the hotel and restaurant world.

She earned an undergraduate degree at the Institut de Management de l’Université de Savoie, before settling in Switzerland where she worked in several different palaces on the shores of Lake Geneva in the Canton of Vaud as a governess.

She then managed a restaurant with an innovative concept in the Lausanne area.

In August 2015, she joined EHL where she shares her passion as she participates in training the managers of tomorrow.
