Louise started Hospitality school at the age of 17. She passed a BEP and pursued the studies in order to enrich her knowledge. In 2007, she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Toulouse University, France. After a short professional experience in Morocco, she arrived in London. The Sofitel London St James was the real vocational school. She started at the bottom as a commis, but got passionate about the bar. 3 years later, she left London at an Assistant Bar Manager level, and moved to Geneva. She integrated the Intercontinental Hotel where she had the opportunity to develop 2 new bar concepts. Louise is committed and passionate about her job. During 3 years she met success with her teams, the management and the most important: The guests. Concurrently with her job, Louise is passionate about Life. She decided to realise a dream, and took a gap year in order to travel the world. This is with this kind of experiences that she feed herself with new ideas and trends. When she came back in Europe, Louise decided to integrate the EHL for a new challenge.
