Priska Cédileau has a passion for gastronomy and oenology and was one of the finalists in the competition for the Trophée Ruinart, which is awarded to the best Swiss wine waiter.
She was first in her class when she obtained her Federal Maîtrise. She also obtained a Higher Diploma in Wines and Spirits as well as a wine-merchant’s licence from the Engineering School in Wädenswil.
Following ten years of experience as a commis, chef de rang, maître d’hôtel and wine-waiter in various restaurants in Switzerland and France, she joined EHL in 1993.
Today, she mainly teaches service techniques and maintenance centre management to students in the Preparatory Year. She also teaches a course on Operational Management of Restaurant Concepts to students in the Hotel and Restaurant Management Programme
