Senior Lecturer - Lodging
M. Beiner graduated from EHL in 1984 after becoming a hotel industry practitioner capable of mastering accommodation management just as well as product management (food & beverage, wellness and excursions).
As a graduate from the University of Geneva with a specialization in "sustainable management", M. Beiner uses his marketing and product management courses to sensitize his students to the challenges of tomorrow and teach them how integrate these issues into the different management models.
M. Beiner worked as a Project Manager for several decades and opened luxury hotels in the Maldives, Sierra Leone, Comoros, Kenya and Morocco. The vast experience he acquired positions M. Beiner as a specialist of luxury in challenging environments.
Olivier Beiner also spent several years at the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève as a teacher of various subjects related to the hospitality. He is educationally certified HES-SO teacher.
Active in the EHLsmile association, he volunteers by carrying out hotel industry training in disadvantaged countries.
