After 8 years of operational experience in the catering and accommodation field, Knut G. Rupprecht spent 12 years in the human resources management and training fields. He occupied executive positions in large international hotel groups such as the Rotana Hotels in the UAE and the Intercontinental Hotels in Switzerland as well as retail – Migros, Switzerland.
Mr. Rupprecht joined EHL in 2006 as a Senior Lecturer of human resources management and interpersonal skills for the English and French Bachelor and Diploma programs. During all these years, his main objective has been to promote and professionalize the role of human resources in the economy. He has thus also been actively involved in the launching of international quality IIP label in French-speaking Switzerland: Investors in People.
The expertise in organizational and personal development he gained from his experience and developed during his Masters in Human Systems Engineering (HSE) and during his training as a practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are often used at EHL for individual or group coaching, as well as the development of new programs and concepts.
