Mr. Frédéric Delley has international experience working in startups and multinational companies in the fields of high technology and brand management. After completing his Masters in Data Communication Systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in 1998, Frédéric moved to Silicon Valley where he worked as a software engineer for Intel Corporation and Cisco Systems as well as participated in the development of several software startups. In 2007, he obtained my MBA with honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (USA). Soon after, he joined Procter & Gamble in its Geneva headquarters to work in brand management. In 2009, Frédéric came to the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) where he led the development of a business incubator for hospitality industry startups. He is currently teaching a course on Innovation Management, supervising Bachelor diploma projects, and pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at the Cranfield School of Management in the U.K.
