Experience

M. Lecossois has been working at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne for nearly 12 years. He occupied several positions (Chef, Assistant Instructor, Instructor, and Executive Chef) in the school’s various kitchen departments - La ferme, the passerelle, the Berceau des Sens and the Food Court - before becoming a Senior Lecturer in Practical Arts.
Prior to that, M. Lecossois enjoyed working in the Vaudois Riviera where he was employed by the Intercontinental (Montreux) for 4 years and a renowned restaurant above Montreux for 1 year.
M. Lecossois acquired his international experience by working for the Club Med for 6 years (France, Ireland, Asia and Polynesia).
