Experience

After nine years of studying hospitality management, resulting in a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Mr Durand created and managed his own restaurant in Marbella in the south of Spain. After returning to France, he took over the management responsibilities at a trendy bar in Bourges before joining the Hilton in Evian les Bains as head of VIP clients and concierge services. Mr Durand joined EHL in 2012 to participate in the creation of a new Preparatory Year programme. He is currently in charge of banquets, the store and the school’s floral arts.
