Higher Federal Professional Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Ecole Hôtelière de Genève
After my internship as a hotel and restaurant management assistant at the Grand Hôtel du Parc in Villars-sur-Ollon, I went to the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève. After graduating, I left for New Zealand where I worked as assistant F&B manager in the newly-opened Sofitel Queenstown hotel from 2005 to 2006. When I returned to Switzerland, I worked in the banquets department at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne for two years. Then I went back to New Zealand to take up a position as F&B manager at the Museum Hotel, from 2009 to 2010. I came home to run a nightclub in Lausanne (La Ruche) for two and a half years. Then, in 2012, I joined the newly-opened Hôtel Lavaux in Cully as F&B manager. I stayed there until January 2013, when I started at EHL as F&B assistant. I have been in my current position as a lecturer since 1 September 2014.
