The Berceau des Sens, our gastronomic training restaurant is rated 14/20 by the Gault Millau guide and open to the public from Monday to Friday.

The restaurant features Head chef Cédric Bourrassin and his team of talented and passionate professionals as well as a number of “meilleurs ouvriers de France”. After leading the kitchen of a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in Hokkaido (Bras Toya) Cédric Bourrassin offers a menu based on fresh, seasonal and quality products
