In an interview at #IHIF2017, Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO of The Expedia Group, talks about the level of commissions changed currently by his company and other OTAs, and highlights the trend of de-bundling. Describing Google as a marketing platform and important strategic partner, Khosrowshahi said Google was a very expensive distribution channel.  “They’re like your friend that owns a really big yacht but charges you for it all the time.”
