Steffen Raub, Ph.D. is a Full Professor of Organizational Behavior and Associate Dean for Research at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. Steffen’s research focuses on empowerment, organizational citizenship behaviors and proactive service behaviors. Steffen’s research has been published in diverse outlets including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, European Management Journal, Journal of Information Technology and International Journal of Hospitality Management, and he is a co-author of a best-selling volume on Managing Knowledge. Steffen has won notable research awards including the 2007 Outstanding Practical Implications for Management Award (Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Philadelphia, PA) and the 2011 Best Research Paper Golden Award (2011, I-CHLAR, International Conference on Hospitality and Leisure Applied Research, Lyon, France).
