Sowon Kim Crettex, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Sowon’s research focuses on work-family enrichment, work-family balance, work-family interface, dual-career couples, networking, careers and women in management. Sowon’s research has been published in diverse outlets including Career Development International, Harvard Deusto Business Review and Revista Española de Pedagogia. Sowon has won the 2013 Highly Commended Award at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2013, and the 2012 Best Applied Paper of the Career Division at the Academy of Management Conference.
