I graduated from Lausanne University with a master and diploma in Psychology. After that, I worked at the Cery psychiatric hospital for a year. My role was to participate in the development and validation of psychological evaluation tool. I also contributed to the patients’ cognitive behavioral therapies and participated in their psychological evaluation using psychometric tools (cognitive tests, psychopathological scales, ect).

Following that experience, I worked for the University of Geneva as a Teaching and Research Assistant for 5 years. I was in charge of teaching the practical work classes related to the use of psychological tests. Besides my research and teaching activities, I've contributed to the selection of future executives and officers for the Swiss army, using psychometric tests, interviews and role play.
