Reza Etemad-Sajadi, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in Services Marketing and Management at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Reza’s research focuses on international marketing (firms’ internationalization, entry mode, service tradability, international performance) and services marketing (customer behavior, customer expectation/perception, service quality, customer satisfaction/loyalty, e-service, virtual agent). Reza’s research has been published in diverse outlets including International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, JCC: The Business and Economics Research Journal and The TQM Journal.
Reza has won the honorific award for the article “What drives international performance? Insights from computer-related service firms” (2012. JCC: The Business and Economics Research Journal), and the 2008 Credit Suisse Award.

Professional background:
Reza Etemad-Sajadi holds a Ph.D. (Management) from the University of Neuchatel, MA and BS (Computer and communication sciences) from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale Lausanne (EPFL).
Before coming in EHL, he was a researcher/lecturer at the University of Neuchatel where he received the Credit Suisse Award for Best Teaching. His research interests are services marketing and international marketing.
