Ramya Rajajagadeesan Aroul, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Finance at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. She holds a Ph.D specializing in Finance and Real estate. Ramya’s current research focuses on financial distress and valuation. Her research has been published in journals including the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, and Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. She also has several manuscripts at different stages of review at top journals in finance and real estate.
