Inès Blal, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Inès’ research focuses on strategic investments in the hospitality industry, business models in the hospitality industry, environmental scanning and performance metrics for the hospitality industry.
