Hilary Murphy, Ph.D. is a Professor of Digital Marketing, Customer Information Management and Strategic IT at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Hilary’s current research focuses on IT Issues Digital Marketing, Pedagogy and Technology. Hilary’s research has been published in diverse outlets including Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Hospitality Information Technology, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Information and communication technologies in tourism, Bottomline, Information Technology & Tourism, Hotel Management International. Hilary has won the Best Paper Award, Eurochrie Conference 2009 and IHITA 2013, and the EHL Best Researcher Award in 2012.
