Berceau des sens
  1. Our Swiss hospitality school runs the highly rated gastronomic restaurant Le Berceau de Sens. The public is welcome to dine with us Monday through Friday. Bookings are highly recommended. Students and the general public are also welcome at our food court, which serves a variety of refreshments.

  2. The Berceau des Sens, our gastronomic training restaurant is rated 14/20 by the Gault Millau guide and open to the public from Monday to Friday.

    The restaurant features Head chef Dominique Toulousy, pastry chef Audrey Gellet, winner of the TV show "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier" (Who will be the next top pastry chef) and other leading professionals who are passionate about fine dining.

    Come to the Berceau des Sens to taste their creations, prepared and served by our first-year students.

Seven types of cuisine are on offer every day: ethnic, bistro, grill, trattoria, salad bar, sushi and sandwiches, not to mention a full range of delicious snacks.
