The Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne is organizing the second edition of the "Wine and Hospitality Management" Workshop on May 14th and 15th. The event brings together academics, industry experts and students to discuss current topics in the hospitality and wine industry.

Academic presentations will include career paths of Chefs, terrorist risk and wine tourism, marketing elements of wine labels, climate change and its influence on the wine market, or hotel financing. Selected students from the five partner schools will also present their work. The program will be complemented by industry interventions and a roundtable on scores in the wine and restaurant business and their economic, human and cultural consequences.

This qualitative event of reasonable size will allow for intense interactions among participants and provide academics and practitioners with a platform for exchanging practices, ideas and future trends.
